Small plates

Small plates have become increasingly popular in recent years and can refer to a small plate of appetizers to be shared, such as tapas, or a small course within a full meal. At the festival many chefs may opt to share a small plate or course, such as fresh green salads, pasta, flat breads, or kabobs.

Some popular versions include Greek tapas, Italian antipasti, and Hawaiian Pu Pu platters.
