As a Food Truck Exhibitor, you agree to provide Festival attendees with samples of your food offerings while showcasing your brand and engaging with attendees.

All participating Food Truck Exhibitors will be eligible for a “Best in Show Award for Food Truck Exhibitors,” as voted by Festival guests. (Note: There will be a separate Best in Show Award for restaurant exhibitors.)

General Festival Rules and Guidelines:

Food Truck exhibitors are responsible for additional table décor, serving pieces, and equipment (including plating, utensils, etc.)
No electrical outlet will be provided. Please plan accordingly.
A “sell-out” event will have 1,000 guests. Be prepared to serve a tasting portion (2 oz. recommended) to a sell-out crowd, which is expected to last the duration of the event, which is 7:00 pm.
Any food, beverage, or retail sales during the West Alabama Food & Wine Festival is strictly prohibited per the City Tax Revenue Division and ABC Board Regulations. The sole exception is the Alabama Wine Growers Association, which, per the ABC Board, may participate in retail sales.
Up to three uniformed staff per exhibitor are allowed entry into the Festival.
Two complimentary guest tickets will be provided to each participating exhibitor.

Pre-Festival Marketing & Promotions:

We typically use traditional marketing and social media to promote the event.

For inclusion in the West Alabama Food & Wine Festival website and additional digital and print promotion, we will pull an image and logo from the website/Facebook page provided in this form. If you’d like a specific image or logo to be used, please email anne@alchemistbranding.com.
All Exhibitors will be included in the final round of promotions, including print ads and social media posts.

April 27 Festival Check-in and Set-up:

The Festival area in Downtown Northport will open for all exhibitors to set up at 12:30 p.m.
To claim your designated parking location, all food trucks must be parked, and exhibits must be fully set up by 2:30 p.m. (VIP Entrance begins at 3:00).
All Food Trucks and exhibits must be removed from the Festival venue by 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 27, 2025. No items may remain overnight.
Post-setup parking for Food Truck Exhibitors will be available during the entirety of the Festival.
